We know it: the VC one of a very closed minded industry, with 97.2% of funding going to startups founded by men, mostly white.

This leads to a homogeneous type of investments and solutions that get funded, and we know this too: homogeneity does not foster change and innovation, diversity does.

So if we want to truly disrupt the tech world and build solutions that solve big problems for consumers and businesses from diverse backgrounds, the “men only” club needs to change.
