50inTech needs a partner who can create and execute the technology roadmap for the global platform and its SaaS version..

We are looking for our Tech Lead to join the 50intech team including a CEO, a CPO, a CMO, a back-end developer, plus access to a team of IT consultants such as data scientists, data engineers…. The Tech Lead should be a Full-stack dev (front, back, infra), willing to find functional solutions quickly and with a strong knowledge in security. The Tech Lead will be in charge of developing functionalities in beta versions, seeing far and making technical choices in line with the strategy to develop the SaaS version of the platform.

The first part of the beta is already on, 3000 users in database are waiting to be onboarded. We are raising 2 million by the end of the year. 

The Role

We need help scaling, and are looking for an experienced developer who is confident working autonomously. You should not be afraid of jumping into any part of our code base and tackling new problems.

As the founding tech engineer, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Completely own all engineering efforts and make sure the platform is performing and fulfilling users need. This will involve complete mastery of our stack (below) 
  • Be the main thought leader on how to architect a scalable technology
  • Leading the teams on fixing bugs, developing new features

You should be prepared to help scale our team, recruit new engineers, and help develop the product roadmap.

Engineering school + 4 years of experience in startup with proven track records.

Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver and change maker .

Leadership and ability to build and manage and work with an international team

networks of influencers and ambassadors

– Brand Content: writing contents & articles following the 50inTech editorial line, with a personalized style adapted to the world of innovation and startups, and distributing those contents on our digital supports and platform.

Press Relations: drafting of press releases and press kits, relations with the media,

journalists and influencers.

You will also have to measure the impact of your actions and provide the required KPIs.


Your Profile: 👨‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓

Master 2 degree in Communication / Marketing / Business School / CELSA / Po Science Skills required : community management, graphic concepts desired (at least significant design sensitivity), knowledge of the international startup ecosystem, very good knowledge of the digital ecosystem, very good writing skills.

Junior UX/UI (Intern)

The Role

We are looking for a UX/UI designer to help us develop our platform as users would like to use it. 

As a Junior UX/UI, you will work closely with the Product & Development team. 

More specifically, you will help us design the most appropriate experiences and interfaces, i.e.:

  • Perform UX/UI design 
  • Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications.
  • Contribute to user research
  • Contribute to UX workshops


Preferred experience

Have demonstrated experience in UX/UI design in an academic or professional context.

Strong use of common prototyping/design tools (Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch, Figma,…)

Ideally, experience or interest in HTML5, JavaScript & CSS 

Proficiency in graphic design and layout, user interface design, user experience, illustrations.

Ability to understand the big picture and approach tasks from a problem-solving perspective.

English required

Compensation and conditions

Expenses will be covered, financial compensation based on internship agreement (mandatory)
