🚀 As our Digital Marketing Traffic Manager, you will be playing a key role contributing to the outreach of 50inTech and the strengthening of our community.

Your goal is to grow the 50intech community: increase awareness, build trust and reliability of the solution (user testimonials, user stories, referral, sense of belonging) and desire for new users to register 

What you can bring to 50inTech:


  • Identify, attract female tech profiles and women working in the tech 
  • Plan, configure, test and shoot campaigns using various free & paid levers and channels (social networks, landing pages, emailing, newsletter)
  • Experiment, activate new levers to generate new leads or to nurturing existing leads and define patterns
  • Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess these against our goals. 

Automatisation & Data analysis:

  • Set-up process automatisation / dashboarding to hack our acquisition
  • Evaluate user experience across multiple channels and customer interfaces
  • Make hypotheses, test, measure, iterate and industrialize what is performing

Preferred profile 👨‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓

  • You are a student with a major in digital & marketing 
  • Passionate about the tech sector and eager to thrive in a startup environment
  • You want to make the world a better place (tech for good, impact, diversity)
  • You have an aptitude for metrics, analysis and digital tools. You know how to make sense of numbers in a spreadsheet and use them to make informed decisions
  • Creative and resourceful: The hunger to test new ideas
  • Problem solver & multitasker mentality

Bonus points  🤘

  • Growth hacker at heart
  • Experience with paid-ads platforms
  • Experience in a tech startup, or knowledge of the startup ecosystem
  • Fluent or Native English

Period & compensation

  • 6+ months 
  • Conventional internship compensation
  • Beginning: as soon as possible 😊
