At 50inTech, the protection of your personal data is a priority! The purpose of this charter is to inform you about how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data when you use our website www.50intech.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) in the context of providing our services.     

50inTech SAS (hereinafter, “50inTech” or “we”), registered with the Commercial Registry of Paris under number 843 697 137, domiciled 40 rue Alexandre Dumas, 75011 Paris, comply in the collection and management of your data to the (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, «GDPR»), including any French laws and regulations implementing, supplementing or replacing the GDPR, if applicable.     

For the purposes of the privacy policy:
- a “member” is a person who uses the Site on the basis of a subscription;
a “prospect” is a person who browses the Site out of interest for the services and/or signs up for a demo. 

By providing us with personal data, you acknowledge having read and understood the charter and where necessary accepting the processing of your personal data by us, as described below.

Reference to “personal data” means any information by which an individual may be identified, directly or indirectly, by referring to an identification number for example. 

As part of our activity, we collect and process a certain amount of information about you and your use of our services., including:
- your identification data such as last name, first name and gender;
- your personal and professional details such as telephone number, e-mail address, company name, job position, LinkedIn profile;
- any other information you share with us in other context.

50inTech acts as controller when collecting and processing your personal data.

1. Use of your personal data

- The performance of the contract between you and us; 
- Legitimate interest of 50inTech to learn about you and develop its business;
- Your consent: in subscribing to our services or filling in a contact form on our Site, you agree and accept that we collect your personal data submitted.     

- Perform the services we provide you under our general terms and conditions (creating, setting up and maintaining your 50inTech account);
- Improve the services we provide you, or design new ones;
- Improve our Site and App to improve your experience;
- Sending information, email updates, offers, and services from 50inTech or our partners;
- Development of aggregated statistical data and surveys based on Anonymous Information, which 50inTech or its partners may use to better understand your needs and provide or improve their respected services;
- Compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations.

You can always refuse to send us your data, we will then inform you of the possible consequences of this refusal when these data are mandatory.

2. Recipients of collected data

1. Our team (associates, collaborators, trainees, employees) who have signed a confidentiality agreement;

2. Our third-party service providers (hereinafter, the “subprocessors”), which are contractually committed not to provide or access your personal data received in accordance with a designated service, in particular:
- our IT service providers for hosting, management of IT systems, backup, provision and maintenance of IT networks, backup networks, etc.;
- Typeform, to collect your data information; Mailjet and SendingBlue, our emailing providers for sending newsletters;
- The Rocket Science Group LLC, operator of the MailChimp service;
- The applicant tracking systems with whom we work to improve your user experience on the services.

3. The partners with whom we are likely to work to carry out our assignments, with your agreement (e.g. freelance providers involved in project management and communication)

4. Not to mention the public bodies, the auxiliaries of justice (ushers, notaries, etc), the ministerial officers, and the organisms in charge of the recovery of receivables.

Please note that your personal data will never be sold, rented, or exchanged for the benefit of third parties.

3. Duration and retention

Your personal data are kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes listed above. Thereafter, your personal data is archived, and we only keep it for the following periods: 
Members: duration of the legal prescription, i.e. 5 years; 
Prospects: 3 years from our last contact with you, regarding the use of the data for prospecting purposes.

4. Security

We (and our subcontractors) have taken all necessary precautions and the appropriate organizational and technical measures to safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal data.

5. Data hosting

Your data we process is stored on servers located in France.

In order to perform our services, we may transfer some of your personal data to third party service providers located or using servers located outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
In such a case, we make sure that:

- they are located in a country considered having an adequate level of protection by the European Union in terms of personal data, or

- if located in the United States: they abide by contractual provisions ensuring an equivalent level of protection of your personal data (such as standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission).

Regarding the prospection, you can oppose it at any time via the unsubscription link located at the bottom of each of our prospecting emails.

You have the right to rectify inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete personal data at any time.

You have the right to require that your personal data be erased, and to prohibit any future collection.

Relating to the storage, erasure, and communication of your personal data, and designating a person responsible for their execution if necessary.

You will be able to transmit them to a digital trusted third party certified by the CNIL when it comes to general directives, or to the firm with the coordinates below for your specific directives.

You can change or revoke your instructions at any time.

7. Coming into effect

This privacy policy comes into effect on November 13, 2018.

50inTech reserves the right to modify and/or update this privacy policy, in which case you will be duly informed. The revised privacy policy will be posted on the Site with an indication of the last update date.
